I love to walk on the magical Xemxija Heritage Walk in the north of Malta.
The terrain is naturally rocky and lichen flourishes, creating wonderful patterns on the ground and trees.
The bright blue splash of color in this piece comes from the spray painted markers graffitied onto the rocks to provide a guide for walkers. I love the contrast of the bright man made blue against the softer colors of nature.
